6 East Scott Penthouse, Chicago
The glass penthouse of this 1918 Gold Coast apartment building by William Ernest Walker was in need of a complete overhaul. In conjunction with Eva Quateman Interiors and Q Construction, we replaced it with an elegant structure befitting the style of the existing building. It functions as a space for entertaining or as a retreat, with access to the building’s roof deck and lovely panoramic views of the city and Lake Michigan.
